Ishijima Heavy Industry has passed the ASME S2 boiler certification audit in the United States

From May 20th to 21st, the ASME Joint Inspection Team led by Mr. Niu Can from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) conducted an on-site review of the preparation work for ASME boiler certification and the current status of ASME standard implementation at Ishijima Heavy Industry. After strict review, the joint inspection team unanimously agreed to recommend certification to the ASME headquarters.
In accordance with the requirements of ASME boiler certification, Ishijima Heavy Industry has promptly prepared quality management system documents that meet the requirements of ASME standard certification. It has established an ASME boiler inspection working group composed of personnel responsible for design, procurement, welding, non-destructive testing, quality control, and quality assurance. In accordance with the standard requirements, it has carefully prepared the quality manual and quality control procedures. Over the course of six months, the forensics working group actively contacted the headquarters of ASME and held multiple internal communication meetings. They organized and completed the preparation of system documents, demonstration product design, material procurement acceptance, equipment metrology verification, non-destructive testing personnel training and qualification appraisal, welding process assessment, welder skill assessment, demonstration product process development, demonstration product manufacturing, and process control and inspection The non-destructive testing simulation demonstration and demonstration of product flaw detection, heat treatment, and hydraulic test process simulation have laid a solid foundation for successfully passing the ASME joint inspection team review.
The joint inspection team conducted a strict material review and on-site review of our company according to the work schedule. After fulfilling the relevant inspection procedures, all members have reached a unanimous resolution to agree that our company has obtained certification. The success of ASME boiler certification will bring strong impetus to the export and upgrading of Shidao Heavy Industry products, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of Shidao Heavy Industry.
